Salary system and job levels:

There are two salary scales at Al Rajhi bank : one for Saudi and the other for non-Saudis. Al Rajhi bank regularly reviews salaries as per economic changes, market trends and job responsibilities. Also the bank uses a system for job categories including job titles and grades based on job evaluation.

Al Rajhi bank normally signs an employment contract to govern bank-employee relations, the employee’s position in terms of job and salary. Al Rajhi bank uses an annual renewal system for employment contracts.

The new employee is subject to a three-month probation period when the employee’s competence is to be evaluated.

Al Rajhi bank issues an identity card for each employee which is to be presented during working hours and at other Al Rajhi bank locations.
