Strategy of Training Department - General Strategy
The Department of Training intends to create a key bank employee identity through introductory and upgrading training programs. The programs focus on basic potentials which enable staff carry out current and future tasks, rectify performance and improve outcome.
The Department also contributes towards development and boosting of key performance of clear-out strategy coping to the general strategy of ARABIC so as to realize full satisfaction of our customers based on Islamic banking ethics, formulas and developed banking tools, looking forward to providing a key model for the development of our human resources.
