Jawal Al Rajhi (SMS Banking Service)

Jawal Al Rajhi is the SMS Banking service offered by Al Rajhi Bank to its customers. The service allows you to perform transactions on your account from your mobile via SMS messages. You can also define certain alerts to be sent to you based on activities performed on your account.

Register through Al Rajhi Bank website
To subscribe through Al Mubasher Retail you need to perform the following steps:
- Open the internet browser and type www.alrajhibank.com.sa in the address bar
- Al Rajhi Bank’s website will appear, click the Al Mubasher Retail icon on the page
- Al Mubasher Retail Internet Banking login page will appear
- Click the register button, find it on the top right corner of the page
- The retail self-registration module will appear
- Enter your ATM Card number, ATM Password (PIN) and your account number
- You will be required to select Jawal Al Rajhi by clicking the radio button shown against Jawal Al Rajhi
- If your mobile number is available in Al Rajhi Bank's system then you will be able to continue with the registration. Otherwise you will see an error message and you will be required to add your mobile number by visiting any Al Rajhi Bank ATM (See Adding Mobile Number in ATM options)
- Screen will display the Jawal Al Rajhi agreement, click the "accept" button to continue your registration for Jawal Al Rajhi
- Screen will appear indicating your mobile number and acquired Jawal Al Rajhi PIN
- Confirm the mobile number by marking the mobile number field, check the box and specify the PIN you will use for your Jawal Al Rajhi transactions
- Click the "proceed" button to confirm your registration to Jawal Al Rajhi
- A confirmation page will appear indicating that you’ve completed your registration successfully
Register through Phone Banking
To subscribe through Phone Banking you need to perform the following steps:
- Dial 800 124 6666
- Press "2" for English
- Press "0" to continue
- Press "3" for Jawal Al Rajhi Registration
- If you agree with the terms and conditions, press "1"
- Enter your 16-digit ATM Card number
- Enter your 4-digit ATM PIN
- Enter the last 7 digits of your account number
- Specify a 4-digit Jawal Al Rajhi password
- Re-enter your 4-digit Jawal Al Rajhi password for confirmation
- The system will read your mobile number that is stored with the bank
- Press "1" to confirm, that the mobile number is correct
You will hear a confirmation message indicating that you have successfully registered to the Jawal Al Rajhi Service.
Adding Mobile Number in ATM
To add or modify your mobile number in Al Rajhi Bank ATM do the following;
- Insert your ATM card in the ATM machine
- Select your preferred language
- Enter your ATM PIN
- Press the "Other Operations" button on the screen
- Press the "Mailing Address" button on the screen
- The screen will show your current mobile number if it exists in the system, otherwise you may specify your mobile number
- The following screen will ask you to confirm the mobile number. Upon confirmation the mobile number will be stored in the system

- STC SMS charges apply to all messages
- Service is only available to STC mobile subscribers, Mobily subscribers can benefit from notification alerts only
