FAQs

1. How long does it take to install POS equipment at the site?
Typically, it takes about 12 working days after the applicant signs the agreement.

2. How is the equipment operated?
When installed at the site, training will be provided by the technician installing the equipment.

3. Whom should I contact if a POS transaction is not recorded in my account?
Call Al Rajhi POS toll-free number and follow the instructions that will allow you to send the claimed receipts and unsettled amounts and have them recorded on your account.

4. Do I have to keep the receipts of every transaction?
Yes, these receipts should be kept in a secure place for at least two years.  Any dispute from cardholders regarding a POS transaction can be challenged if you have a receipt to prove the transaction took place. Copy of the slips (receipts) will be requested within 7 days from the day of the dispute. If a receipt is not provided, Al Rajhi will consider the objection of the cardholder valid and will set off the amount of the transaction from your account.

5. For POS faults, paper rolls or ink requests, what do I need to do?
Contact our toll-free number. Follow the instructions and the maintenance team should be available within 3 hours to provide the needed support.

6. Who owns the POS terminal?
The POS terminal remains the property of Al Rajhi Bank.
