SMS Banking "Jawal Al Rajhi"

Jawal Al Rajhi is the SMS Banking service offered by Al Rajhi Bank to its customers. The service allows you to perform transactions on your account from your mobile via SMS messages. You can also define certain alerts to be sent to you based on activities performed on your account.

How to register for the service

You can register for Jawal Al Rajhi service through Al Rajhi Bank website www.alrajhibank.com.sa or through Phone Banking by calling 800-124-6666

Open your internet browser and type www.alrajhibank.com.sa in the address bar
Al Rajhi Bank website will appear, click Al Mubasher Retail icon on the page
Al Mubasher Retail Internet Banking login page will appear
Click register button appearing on the top right corner of the page
Retail Self registration module will appear
Enter your ATM Card number, ATM Password (PIN) and your account number
You will be required to select SMS Banking by clicking the radio button shown against SMS Banking
If your mobile number is available in the Al Rajhi Bank's system then you will be allowed to carry on with the registration. Otherwise you will see an error message and you will be required to add your mobile number in any Al Rajhi Bank ATM. (See Adding Mobile Number in ATM)
Screen will display the SMS banking agreement, click "accept" button to continue registering for SMS Banking
Screen will appear indicating your mobile number and acquire SMS Banking PIN
Confirm the mobile number by marking the mobile number field check box and specify the PIN you will use for your Jawal Al Rajhi Bank transactions
Click "proceed" button to confirm your registration to Jawal Al Rajhi
A confirmation page will appear indicting that you have registered successfully

1. Dial 800 124 6666
2. Press "2" for English
3. Press "3" for Jawal Al Rajhi Registration
4. If you agree with the terms and conditions Press "1"
5. Enter your 16 digit ATM Card number
6. Enter your 4 digit ATM Pin
7. Enter the last 7 digits of your account number
8. Specify a 4 digit Jawal Al Rajhi password
9. Re-enter your 4 digit Jawal Al Rajhi password for confirmation
10. The system will read your mobile number that is stored with the bank
11. Press "1" to confirm, that, the mobile number is correct
12. You will hear a confirmation message indicating that you have
successfully registered to Jawal Al Rajhi Service

Adding Mobile Number in ATM

To add or modify your mobile number in Al Rajhi Bank ATM do the following;

1. Insert you ATM card in the ATM machine
2. Select the language
3. Provide your ATM PIN
4. Press "Other Operations" button on the screen
5. Press "Mailing Address" button on the screen
6. The screen will show your current mobile number, if it exists in the
    system otherwise you may specify your mobile number
7. Following screen will ask you to confirm the mobile number. Upon your
    confirmation the mobile number will be stored in the system
