• Cityscape Jeddah

  11 – 13 June 2011

  

  Al Rajhi Bank is participating in Cityscape Jeddah; Jeddah International Urban Development and Real Estate Investment Event; its 3rd year since its first launch.

  The Bank is presenting new finance features such as final approval within 30 minutes for the finance of pre-approved homes, which are published on the Bank website. The customer can choose a pre-approved home from the website and receive final approval almost instantly. Afterwards, he can select the house, reconfirm his choice, and complete the remaining requirements.

  Also, the Bank is presenting a solution to the real estate developers through which the bank can have an agreement with the developers for the marketing of their residential projects. The Bank evaluates the homes, approves them, and publishes them on its website, in addition to a dedicated sales and support team to coordinate with the developers in helping their customers willing to buy a home, with their finance.

  Additionally, the Bank offers a new finance concept for expatriates who desire to own a home through a special program designed for them.

• Riyadh Motor Show 2010

  Al Rajhi Bank participated as a diamond sponsor in the 28th International Exhibition for Motor Vehicles, Riyadh Motor Show 2010, which took place in Riyadh International Convention Center, from 5 to 9 December (29 Dhul-Hijjah to 3 Muharram).

  For this occasion, Al Rajhi Bank presented its visitors with a special offer on its car lease program, which allowed them to take advantage of this unique opportunity.

  The event is one of the oldest and most important shows in the region and showcased 2011 model vehicles of well known brands, where over 90,000 visitors attended.

  It is worth mentioning that Al Rajhi Bank offers both Car Lease and Installments Programs, where Car Lease is also available for customers with salaries transferred to other banks and offers various benefits such as extended warranty and Shariah compliant Takaful during the whole finance period.
  

• Jeddah Cityscape Real Estate Exhibition

  7 – 9 June 2010

  The Bank participated in “Jeddah Cityscape exhibition”, the premier international real estate investment and development event in Jeddah.

  The Bank presented the visitors with a special offer on the real estate finance products, to help them take advantage of the opportunity to own the home that they always wanted.

  It also displayed a number of properties to the visitors trying to find a home. The featured properties were for known developers who had a marketing agreement with the Bank. They were also pre-evaluated by the Bank, which gave the customers the opportunity to finance them easily and quickly.

  The exhibition took place in Jeddah International Exhibition Center (Al Harthi exhibition) , from 24 to 26 Jumada 2 corresponding to 7-9 June 2010.

  It is worth to mention that the Bank offers a range of home finance products that suits the different needs of customers to buy a home, a land, build a home and finance for an investment property while using its income as a repayment for the finance.
  

• 13th Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition

  The Bank participated in the 13th Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition, the largest yearly gathering in the Kingdom since its introduction, more than 10 years ago.
  The Bank offered to the visitors a special offer on the real estate finance products, allowing them to take advantage of this opportunity to own the home that they always wanted.
  It also displayed a number of properties to the visitors who are trying to find a home. The featured properties are for known developers who have a marketing agreement with the Bank. • The Fourth Riyadh Economic Forum

  20th – 22nd December, 2009

  As a diamond sponsor Al Rajhi Bank participated in the activities of the fourth session of Riyadh Economic Forum held at Riyadh Exhibitions Centre from 20 to 22 December, 2009. The event was attended by a huge number of officials, private sector leaders and businessmen and women from all around the Kingdom.

  During the opening ceremony the Bank was honored by HRH Prince Naif Bin Addulaziz Al Saud second deputy of prime minister and minister of interior who bestowed the tribute shield to HE Abdullah Al-Rajihi the Bank's CEO.
  

• Cityscape Saudi Arabia 2009

  14th – 16th June, 2009

  

  Al Rajhi Bank participated in Cityscape Saudi Arabia 2009, the premier international real estate investment and development event in Jeddah. As the newest addition to the global Cityscape portfolio, the exhibition hosted over 100 exhibiting companies attracted over 5,000 participants.

  Cityscape Saudi Arabia 2009 is an arena for Saudi real estate stakeholders to showcase their projects and services, interact with potential customers, key investors and developers and to get to know the latest developments in the real estate market.

  Al Rajhi Bank presented its real estate finance programs with a special offer to encourage its customers to take advantage of this unique event.

• The 12th Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition (RESTATEX)

  5th – 8th April, 2009

  

  Al Rajhi Bank participated in the 12th Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition RESTATEX 12. The exhibition represents a great opportunity to interact with potential customers and real estate development companies and to stay in touch with the latest developments in the housing market. During the exhibition, visitors were able to benefit from a special offer on real estate financing products from Al Rajhi Bank.

  This key real estate event took place from 5 till 8 of April 2009 (9 till 12 of Rabih II 1430), in Riyadh International Conventions Center located on King Abdullah Road, near Al Owaidah Mosque.

  A large number of real estate development companies, real estate investors and local banks participated in this exhibition. Since its introduction, more than 10 years ago, RESTATEX has been considered as the largest yearly gathering in the Kingdom.

• The 6th Real Estate & Housing Exhibition

  20th – 23th October, 2008

  

  The 6th Real Estate & Housing Exhibition, ESTATEX, is an attractive and unique opportunity to discover recent developments and projects in the real estate market. As one of the most important Real Estate events in the region, it provides both developers and individual buyers with the opportunity to interact and get the latest information on housing and financing options.

  The exhibition took place at the Dhahran International Exhibitions Center in the Eastern Province (Dammam), one of the most promising areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 20 to 23 Shawwal 1429 H (20-23 October 2008).

• Madinah Exhibition & Meeting on Tourism & Real Estate Development

  6th – 9th April, 2008

  

  Al Rajhi Bank participated in the 4th Exhibition & Meeting on Tourism and Real-Estate Development held in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah from 6-9 April 2008 at the Meridien Madinah Hotel. The range of Sharia compliant real estate products was on offer to the Madinah public.

  The 4th Exhibition & Meeting on Tourism and Real-Estate Development was inaugurated by Governor of Madinah, HRH Prince Abd Al-Azeez Bin Majid Bin Abd Al-Azeez, who spoke at length with Al Rajhi officials present at the stand and praised the bank for being the leader in the mortgage business sector and for being the only bank present at the exhibition.
  

• Jeddah International Real Estate Exhibition (JIREX)

  3rd – 6th March, 2008

  

  Al Rajhi Bank participated in Jeddah International Real Estate Exhibition (JIREX) held for the 6th consecutive year. JIREX is considered the largest and most famous real estate exhibition in Jeddah city throughout the entire business year, with over 100 local, regional, and international developers and inventors participating including Al Rajhi as the largest bank present at the event.

  Al Rajhi Bank developed a unique stand in design reflecting the bank's values with a focus on novelty and modernization simultaneously supporting the functionality of our real estate sales team.

  Al Rajhi Bank showcased an array of its innovative Islamic mortgage products at JIREX such as : Musharakah, Murabahah, Eirad and Istisnaa which all drew extraordinary positive response from visitors who were given an exclusive offer including: no estimation fee, lower financing rate and approval in less than 30 minutes.
