- A calm and relaxing neighborhood is always a good choice
- Living in a neighborhood that has easy and quick access to the main road(s) is more convenient
- Always seek the opinion of an engineer or an expert who can tell the quality of the construction
Visit the area where you plan to live at different times of the day, to get a closer feel (the traffic, the feeling of security and the ambience of the neighborhood)
Home Conditions
- Must be fully constructed and not more than 20 years old
- The land must not be less than 200 Sqm (for Villa)
- Must have an independent title deed
