The New International Account Number “IBAN”
Your IBAN
The IBAN is the new international account number for any bank account. You can find your IBAN number appearing in “Al Rajhi Online” (Al Mubasher) account statement. Simply click on the "Statement" link under the "Current Account" submenu and notice your IBAN appearing adjacent to your 15 digit account number.
Click here to read more details about IBAN
Beneficiary IBAN
In order to make transfers to local banks your beneficiary account number must be in a 24 digit IBAN format. You will not be allowed to make a local bank transfer to a beneficiary with a non IBAN format account number. In order to ensure that all your local bank beneficiaries have IBAN format account numbers you are requested to do the following:
Login to “Al Rajhi Online” (Al Mubasher) and click on "beneficiaries" link under the "Transfers" sub menu. If your beneficiary account number appears in 24 digit format starting from "SA" then your beneficiary's account is already updated with the IBAN format. If your beneficiary's account does not start with a "SA" then you must do the following:
- Ask your beneficiary to obtain his IBAN from his Bank
- Delete the existing beneficiary
- Add it again with the IBAN format account number that you have acquired from your beneficiary
