Al Rajhi Bank provides Hajj pilgrims with 20,000 umbrellas

Exceptional prices and offers, and free cards for life

In collaboration with the Ministry of Health

As part of the yearly social responsibility initiatives, Al Rajhi Bank participated in a program by the Department of Community Participation from the General Directorate of Health Affairs in Makkah Al-Mukarramah by providing 20,000 UV umbrellas to pilgrims, protecting them against the sun’s harsh rays while performing their Hajj rituals.

As part of the Ministry of Health’s efforts to aid in supplementary health service needs for Hajj 1442 AH, the Department of Community Participation in the health of Makkah will distribute umbrellas to pilgrims to protect them from heat stress and sunstroke, especially since this year’s Hajj season coincides with high temperatures.

This initiative is an extension of the bank's efforts to support effective and diversified community programs and initiatives, and to increase corporate cooperation and collaborative efforts to serve the public. It is also one of the many programs that have been approved throughout the year to serve most segments of society across the Kingdom’s regions.
