The “Green Future” program was launched this last January to be implemented until the end of December 2019 in seven cities around the Kingdom. The initiative includes many activities including afforestation and cleaning of public places. This program witnessed an active participation by several government entities and a group of school students to raise their awareness on the importance of preserving public places and the environment.

The voluntary initiative of the bank received a great response from the volunteers from Majmaa and Quwaiya, as it raises awareness of the importance of preserving the environment.

It is worth mentioning that this program is one of the bank’s integrated plan for social work based primarily on voluntary participation and activating the social role of employees. Al Rajhi Bank is keen to enhance the level of initiation, cooperation and employees’ integration into the community.
