Al Rajhi Bank recently concluded its “Cultural Front” Campaign for revamping and beautifying a number of public places in 8 cities of Saudi Arabia. The campaign included writing educational and awareness phrases on the walls to encourage the people to keep public spaces neat and clean. The purpose was to make these sites real cultural fronts that reflect the values of our society. The campaign was initiated as one of the bank’s social responsibility programs approved this year, with the participation of Al Rajhi Bank’s employees.
The campaign was launched in May this year in Riyadh and Al Majma'ah. Afterwards, it was implemented in six other cities including Dammam, Al-Ahsa, Al-Madinah, Jeddah, Al-Jawf and Al-Baha. The bank’s employees volunteered in the revamping and painting process supervised by a specialized painting company.
The campaign included revamping and painting a number of schools as well, whose officials expressed their utmost pleasure with Al Rajhi Bank’s initiative. This made the volunteers realize the importance of what they were doing and the service they were offering the society, increasing their enthusiasm to participate in more voluntary programs conducted by the bank.
It’s worth mentioning that Al Rajhi Bank organized a great number of voluntary programs this year with the participation of its employees. The initiatives have been introduced under a comprehensive social program based on voluntary initiatives with the objective of increasing the social roles played by the employees. The program is aimed at instilling the values of kindness and cooperation in their hearts and helping them serve their society and participating in solving its problems.
