Al Rajhi Bank Participates in “Baitak Jahiz” Exhibition for Real Estate Development Fund Beneficiaries

Al Rajhi Bank will participate in "Baitak Jahiz" Exhibition, taking place March 1 to 4 in Riyadh at the Crowne Plaza Hotel under the supervision of the Real Estate Development Fund for its 43K beneficiaries. Participating in this event will be an array of real estate companies.

The exhibition seeks to enable home financing beneficiaries to obtain housing units from real estate companies at reasonable prices and financed by banks participating in the exhibition. The fund shall bear the full financing profits of the SR 500,000 financing amount.

The objective of the exhibition is to invite the largest number of real estate fund beneficiaries looking to purchase ready-to live units from Riyadh and Al Kharj. In addition, the exhibition aims to facilitate real estate ownership for these beneficiaries.

“Baitak Jahiz” will provide visitors with a number of additional benefits for real estate fund beneficiaries such as an electronic platform to make appointments and a call center for the that sends SMS reminders to motivate the beneficiaries and confirm their attendance. In addition, the exhibition will host a team of credit advisors from the Bank and the Real Estate Development Fund who can provide beneficiaries with financing solutions.

Al Rajhi Bank will present exclusive offers to real estate investors and exhibition visitors, showcase it’s real estate products and answer all visitor questions and inquiries.

Al Rajhi Bank will display its private real estate products during the exhibition such as: REDF finance , home and more finance, Murabaha Home Finance , Supported mortgage against property , Real estate developers offers (marketing only Ready to move-in units) - without an advance payment. In addition to the various products and features available as a product package dedicated to Real Estate Development Fund beneficiaries, including self-construction and the advance payment initiative for civilians and military.
