Letter of Credit under SIDF Program

Based on the objectives of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision and to support Saudi industries, Al Rajhi Bank signed an agreement with SIDF to support ARB clients on Letter of Credit under SIDF Program.

Objectives:

  1. Better liquidity management.
  2. Project implementation acceleration.
  3. Lower issuance fees.

Roles of each party:

 

  1. The Client: Contractual agreement between client and supplier.
  2. SIDF: Provide a guarantee to issue the Letter of Credit with terms and conditions.
  3. ARB: Issues Letters of Credit and validates shipping documents.
