1. Original Police traffic report/Police /NAJM/ Civil Defense
2. Original Repair Permission
3. Original Estimarah, driving license and ID/Iqama
4. Claim form (Notice of Accident) duly filled and signed
5. In case of Third party at fault by any percentage:
1. Copy of Motor Insurance policy for the third party
2. Original traffic Dept. estimation / Sheik AlMa’arth or both
6. Valid & Original Authorization letter from A l Rajhi Bank to drive the vehicle.

After completing, please contact the insurance company to register the claim
