Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion is open only to New to Bank customers of alrajhi global
2. New to Bank customer is defined as a customer who has opted in to alrajhi global within 1 month of CIC creation date in alrajhi bank
3. The offer is applicable only for valid iqama holders
4. The tier applied to customer for consideration of the reward will be as on April 30^th^, 2025
5. Any application in pipeline and not booked before 30^th^ April will not be considered for the incentive calculation
6. Customer is required to have an active gold wallet account with alrajhi bank for claiming the rewards
7. The gold will be given to the customer before 20^th^ May 2025
8. The bank reserves the right to use the winner’s name and image for advertising purposes
9. A winner will be disqualified if they fail to respond or collect their prize within 10 business days from the announcement date
10. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer
11. The bank will contact the winning customers as part of the campaign process
12. Each customer is entitled to one reward throughout the campaign
