Al-Rajhi Bank, in cooperation with the visual disability society in Qassim “Mobseroon” has adopted the establishment of three courses for the members of the association to develop their skills in self-care and public attendance, which aims at introducing the importance of caring for themselves and developing the ability for the blind to use makeup properly and introducing them to the main skills of elegance and public attendance, each weeklong course was given by a group of specialists in this field. The closing ceremony of these courses was held on Tuesday in the presence of a number of the Bank’s female employees in the Qassim region, where they volunteered to attend and hand over the certificates to the blind girls and celebrate their success in passing this course.
Earlier this year, His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region, honored Al Rajhi Bank for their support and sponsorship of the Society of “Mobseroon” programs, where he valued the great role played by the Bank in the service of society. The ceremony was attended by the Social Responsibility Ambassador of Al Rajhi Bank in Qassim Region and received the honor on behalf of the Bank.
The Bank's efforts are in line with the Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to reach one million volunteers, in addition to being consistent with the nature of the society and its culture, urging cooperation and solidarity in actions that serve the common good. This activity falls under the social responsibility and voluntary work for 2018, which is an extension of the many programs adopted throughout the year to serve most segments of society in all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
