Al Rajhi Bank has signed an agreement with WhatsApp to launch the first verified WhatsApp Business platform in the Kingdom.
The new platform is meant to facilitate the communication process between the bank and its customers, who can now Al Rajhi Bank customer service via WhatsApp using the same number 920003344 and send their inquiries any time. The bank is currently working on adding new services to this platform.
This platform reflects Al Rajhi Bank's belief in the importance of utilizing all the channels available, including digital media. The bank believes that leadership is not only about the services, but also about the innovative methods they are offered through, especially if they make the services easier and more seamless.
This service enhances the bank's position as the leader of e-banking services in the Kingdom by providing its customers with accessible means of communication through their preferred online channel. This service is also a new episode in the bank's digital leadership efforts achieved through a range of innovative services that continue to grow and expand, as a reflection of Al Rajhi Banks’s leadership in the arena of e-services in particular, and the banking services in general.
