Customers of alrajhi bank donate three million riyals to the Ensan organization through the mokafaa program

Alrajhi bank customers donated a total of 3,000,000 riyals to the Ensan Charity Committee for Orphans Care through points earned through the Mokafaa program, as part of the bank's initiatives to engage customers in its social programs.

In the presence of officials from both sides, Mr. Majid Saleh Al Rajhi, General Manager of the bank's Retail Banking, handed over a check for customer donations to Mr. Mohammed bin Saad Al-Mohareb, General Director of Ensan Charity Committee for Orphans Care in Riyadh, at the bank's general administration tower in Riyadh.

In December 2021, the bank signed a partnership agreement specifically for the Mokafaa program, which included giving the bank's customers the option to donate the program's points to the Ensan organization.

This initiative represents a collaboration between community members and the bank's system to serve this precious group sponsored by Ensan, one of the region's largest orphan care organizations.

In order to provide the best services and benefits to customers, alrajhi bank offers a variety of reward programs for the majority of its products and services. These programs offer multiple ways to earn points, allowing you to benefit from them and exchange them for a variety of rewards from the program's list of participating services or merchants.

It is worth noting that "Mokafa" is a one-of-a-kind loyalty program designed by alrajhi bank in response to its customers' needs and in gratitude for their partnership and trust, as it provides a rich and rewarding experience by accumulating points by using the bank's products and services, such as credit cards. Furthermore, you can use the alrajhi bank application to pay bills, use international transfer services, or purchase items from the electronic market and then exchange them with the bank's partners across the Kingdom.
