Starting from October 1, 2024, you can access the lounges via this app. Simply download the "Visa Airport Companion" app and log in using your eligible card to enjoy the lounge access benefits associated with your card type. You can also view all lounge locations, check your remaining annual visits, and determine your eligibility for additional access.

Steps to use the app and enjoy airport lounge access:

Download the Visa Airport Companion app and start the registration process by logging in with your eligible Al Rajhi Bank Visa Credit or Prepaid Card.

Download the Visa Airport Companion app.
Click “Sign In” and begin the registration process.
Read the important registration information, then select “Next” until you reach “Done” and click on it.
Enter your alrajhi bank card details and select the issuing country “Saudi Arabia” then click “Continue”.
Wait a few moments for the card validity to be verified through a zero-dollar authorization.
A 3DS verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the code and click “SUBMIT”.
Enter your personal details, mobile number, agree to the terms, and then click “Continue”.
Confirm your contact details by clicking “Yes” or “No” to update the information.
An OTP verification code will be sent to your mobile number or email for verification.
Create a password to use when logging into the app.
Registration completed successfully.

Choose “Explore Lounges” from the home page.
Search for and select the airport, as well as the available terminals.
Select the desired lounge.
Choose “Walk-in”.
