alrajhi bank Visa Credit and Prepaid Cards offer you the advantage of access to over 1,200 global airport lounges through the new Visa Airport Companion app, in collaboration with DRAGONPASS.

Starting from October 1, 2024, you can access the lounges via this app. Simply download the "Visa Airport Companion" app and log in using your eligible card to enjoy the lounge access benefits associated with your card type. You can also view all lounge locations, check your remaining annual visits, and determine your eligibility for additional access.
Steps to use the app and enjoy airport lounge access:
  1. Download the Visa Airport Companion app.
  2. Click “Sign In” and begin the registration process.
  3. Read the important registration information, then select “Next” until you reach “Done” and click on it.
  4. Enter your alrajhi bank card details and select the issuing country “Saudi Arabia” then click “Continue”.
  5. Wait a few moments for the card validity to be verified through a zero-dollar authorization.
  6. A 3DS verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the code and click “SUBMIT”.
  7. Enter your personal details, mobile number, agree to the terms, and then click “Continue”.
  8. Confirm your contact details by clicking “Yes” or “No” to update the information.
  9. An OTP verification code will be sent to your mobile number or email for verification.
  10. Create a password to use when logging into the app.
  11. Registration completed successfully.
*You must check the activation of the online purchase option to verify the eligibility and validity of the card by following these steps:
  1. Log in to the Al Rajhi Bank application.
  2. Select the eligible card.
  3. Click on "Settings."
  4. Click on "Card Stop Options."
  5. Click on "Card Control."
  6. Activate "Online Payments."

  • Search for and select the airport, as well as the available terminals.

    The spending condition will be eligible through POS and e-come purchases outside the kingdom, provided that it may take up to 15 days for such transaction to become visible in lounges systems.

    Any entries after exceeding the eligibility entry including guest visits, additional visits will cost (32 USD) for Signature cardholders and (27 USD) for Platinum cardholders per person per visit.

    Your free entries will be reset at the end of December 31st of each calendar year and requires a repurchase equivalent to (1 USD) after January 1st of the following year.

    Q: Can I bring a guest to the lounge?

    A: Yes, you can bring a guest. If the conditions are not met, an additional entry fee for each guest will be charged to your registered card.

    Q: Is there a website for this service? What if I don’t have a smartphone?

    A: No, the Companion Airport Visa app is a fully digital experience and cannot be used without a smartphone.

    Q: Can I register more than one card on the app?

    A: Yes, you can add multiple cards to your Companion Airport Visa account. Go to the membership page, select "Add New Membership," and then enter the details of your other card. Once the card details are verified, a new membership linked to that card will be created. You can easily switch between memberships using the "Switch Membership" option on the membership page.

    Q: How does the registration process work if I have additional cards issued for family members?

    A: Each supplementary cardholder must register their own account in the Companion Airport Visa app using their personal information, including their name as listed in their passport and their email address. Lounge staff will verify the name in the Companion Airport Visa app profile, and entry will be denied if it does not match the cardholder’s identification.

    Q: Can I access the lounge if I don’t have Wi-Fi or mobile data connection?

    A: Yes, you can enable offline access when registering, but this must be done while the app is connected to the internet. You can also manage this feature from the "Account" section under "Security Settings."

    Q: Is lounge access guaranteed?

    A: Lounge access is subject to availability on the travel day. If the lounge is full, we recommend checking the app for alternative lounges you can visit.
