• The account to which the prize will be transferred must belong to alrajhi bank and have an active credit card or prepaid card to complete the transfer.

 

2. Competition Platforms

• All 2026 competitions are conducted exclusively via official alrajhi bank social media channels.

 

3. Competition Duration and Prizes

• The duration of the competition, prize values, and distribution mechanism may vary by day or round, as announced in each competition post.
• Prizes may be provided by alrajhi bank or its partners, and partner-provided prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions set by the partner.
• If the prize is in the form of mokafaa points, it will be credited to the customer’s account associated with the program according to the applicable procedures.

 

4. Round-Specific Terms

• Each round is subject to its own terms, which will be clarified in the competition post.
• All stated conditions must be met for the participant to be eligible for the draw.

 

5. Account Follow Requirement

• Participants must follow the official alrajhi bank account on the relevant platform at the time of participation and until winners are announced.

 

6. Winner Selection Mechanism

• Random Draw Competitions:
  Winners are selected through a random draw using an internal system operated by alrajhi bank and subject to oversight.

• Correct Answer Competitions:
  Winners are selected from correct entries only, using an approved internal system subject to oversight.

 

7. Notification and Prize Claim

• Winners must respond to alrajhi bank within the timeframe specified for each competition.
• Failure to respond or cooperate within the specified period may result in selecting an alternative winner.

 

8. Required Information from Winners

• Winners must provide the following information:
  - Full name
  - Mobile number
  - Account number
  - IBAN
  - Customer ID (CIC)

 

Winners must ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and submitted in a consistent format, and must cooperate with the bank’s team to avoid delays or replacement.

 

9. Product or Card Requirements

• Some competitions may include additional requirements related to specific products or cards, as stated in the competition announcement.
• Certain competitions may require an active credit or prepaid card to qualify for cash prizes.

 

10. Prize Fulfillment Timeline

• Prize delivery may take up to 45 business days from the date of winner announcement and contact, taking into account official holidays and operational procedures.
• If the prize is provided by a partner, fulfillment will be handled directly by the partner according to their own process.

 

11. General Terms

• alrajhi bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or its terms at any time in accordance with applicable regulations.
