“We would like to inform you that alrajhi bank is participating in the IPO of Al WAHA REIT Fund. thru the parallel market (Nomu) the service available only for clients that have qualified portfolio with Al Rajhi Capital the IPO starting from the 2nd of October 2022 till the 13th of October 2022, The Unit price is 10.23 SAR, the minimum number of offer Unit to be applied for by individual investor is 50 Units. The maximum number of offer Units to be applied for by individual investor is 748,500 Units. The subscription will be available through our electronic channels (alrajhi bank app and Al alrajhi bank online).”
