alrajhi bank signs partnership with chalhoub group adding 6 luxury brands to mokafaa program

alrajhi bank signed an agreement with Chalhoub group, a leading partner for luxury across the middle east, giving customers who are part of mokafaa, the bank’s loyalty program the opportunity to redeem rewards across six of its leading international retail brands.
The brands include luxury homeware brand Tanagra, cosmetic store FACES, luxury fragrances and bathing retailer Molton Brown, sporting apparel retailer Lacoste, lifestyle brand Guess and professional make-up brand Make Up for Ever.
As part of the agreement, mokafaa gives credit card holders options to earn points in exchange for domestic or international transactions across an array of the Bank’s products and services. The agreement was signed by Turki Al-Dhafyan, General Manager of Marketing and Customer Experience at Al-Rajhi Bank, and Bachar Sabbagh, Managing Director of Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia.
Turki Al-Dhafyan said that the bank continues to add quality stores and brands in its reward program under the slogan; ‘Enjoy a world of rewards with a reward'. He added: “We always seek new, best-in-class partnerships, and working with Chalhoub Group, with its portfolio of luxury and distinctive brands, enhances our loyalty offering and underscores our commitment to our customers.”
Bachar Sabbagh, said: “We believe in working with brands that share the same commitment to customer centricity. In partnership with Al-Rajhi Bank, we look forward to offering diversified payment facilities, providing added value and lifestyle benefits for mokafaa loyalty program holders across the Kingdom.”
