“We would like to inform you that, Al Rajhi Bank is participating in ADES Holding Company IPO, which will start on Tuesday 11/03/1445 H, Corresponding to 26 September 2023, at 12:00 AM up to Thursday 13/03/1445H Corresponding to 28 September 2023 at 14:00 PM.

The Share price is SAR 13.50, the minimum number of offered Shares to be applied for by individual investors is 10 Shares and the multiples of 10 .

The subscription will be available through AL-Rajhi Bank application.
