alrajhi bank completes $1.5 billion sukuk offering

alrajhi bank completed its $1.5 billion worth of USD-denominated additional Tier 1 (AT1) capital sustainable sukuk issuance under its international AT1 sukuk program. The sukuk will be settled on Jan. 21, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.
