news details hero

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Qassim Region, and in the presence of the Chairman of alrajhi bank and senior executives, Atmal, an alrajhi bank subsidiary, has opened its new headquarters in Qassim. The move reflects the company's growing operations and continued investment in the region, and strengthens its role in creating jobs and attracting and developing national talent in the business services and outsourcing sector.

The new headquarters builds on Atmal's journey in Qassim, which began in 2022 with around 400 jobs. Today, the company employs more than 4,000 people in the region, with plans to exceed 6,000 jobs by 2030 as it expands operations, invests in infrastructure, and enhances its work environment.

The opening highlights Qassim's growing importance to Atmal's business, given the region's national talent and attractive investment environment. The company aims to strengthen its presence there as a key hub for business services and outsourcing, supporting the sector's growth and creating quality, sustainable career opportunities for young men and women in the region.

Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al Rajhi, Chairman of alrajhi bank, said the opening marks a new phase of long-term investment in the region and its national talent, noting that the company's expansion goes beyond growing its business to building national capabilities and creating jobs that support economic and social development.

"We see Atmal as a model of what investing in people and national talent can achieve. What we have accomplished since 2022 drives us to continue developing more national talent to lead the future of the sector. Our ambition is for Atmal to keep growing and for its experience to become a benchmark in creating opportunities and empowering national talent," he said.

The expansion carries added significance given Atmal's role in community empowerment. The company has provided more than 1,500 jobs to beneficiaries of social programs, helping integrate them into the labor market, and partners with universities and colleges to train graduates and prepare national talent for the sector.

Atmal is building an operating model centered on Saudi talent and skills development, keeping pace with the rapid growth of the business services sector and enhancing the region's ability to attract more activities and quality jobs in the coming years.

The opening of the new headquarters is part of Atmal's plan to continue expanding in Qassim and cement its presence in the region, with the goal of building a leading national hub for business services and outsourcing that can grow and provide more job opportunities for national talent, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
