alrajhi bank announced the appointment of 141 male and female graduates from its "Blue Generation" Graduate Development Program, effective from the beginning of 2026. The program, one of the flagship initiatives run by alrajhi bank Academy, was designed across several career tracks to meet the evolving needs of the financial sector, reflecting the Bank's continued efforts to attract and qualify national talent and build a new generation of banking leaders equipped to shape the future of the business.
The program forms part of alrajhi bank's broader strategy of investing in human capital, which has contributed to achieving a Saudization rate of 99.36% across the Group, underscoring the Bank's commitment to empowering national talent and strengthening its role in driving growth and innovation within the financial sector.
The 2026 edition of the program saw exceptionally high demand, receiving more than 29,000 applications across the business and information technology tracks. Following a rigorous selection process focused on merit and excellence, 141 graduates were selected to join a comprehensive development journey combining academic qualification, hands-on training, professional certifications, and practical workplace experience.

The program centered on two main tracks — a Business track and an Operations track — leveraging strategic partnerships with leading global educational and training institutions to ensure a development experience aligned with international best practices.
Graduates of the program joined a number of vital sectors at alrajhi bank, including Marketing, Treasury, Risk Management, Legal Affairs, Compliance, and Private Banking, in addition to several other specialized departments and subsidiaries. The program maintained a 100% employment rate for all its graduates, affirming the alignment of its outcomes with business needs and the Bank's strategy of attracting national talent.
