alrajhi bank Begins Offering U.S. Dollar-Denominated Additional Tier 1 Capital Sukuk

alrajhi bank has announced the commencement of the offering of U.S. dollar-denominated Social Additional Tier 1 Capital Sukuk under its International Additional Tier 1 Capital Sukuk Program. The offering will remain open until tomorrow.

According to the bank’s statement, the minimum subscription amount is US$200,000, with increments of US$1,000 thereafter. The final pricing will be determined based on prevailing market conditions.

The bank added that the Sukuk may be redeemed under certain circumstances, as detailed in the relevant offering document.
