Disabled Children Association honors Al Rajhi Bank

Last Sunday, His Excellency Vice President of the Disabled Children Association in Riyadh, Dr. Abdulrahman Al Swailem honored Al Rajhi Bank for continuously supporting the association’s general activities and sponsoring the children’s drawings and creativity initiative in particular, as part of the bank’s social responsibility programs.

This honor came as a result of the bank’s continuous support to the association during the past years and the bank’s one-year agreement with the association during the year 2020 to support and sponsor children’s drawings and creativity. The association’s pioneering program was adopted years ago with the aim to invest in children’s art and develop their skills and talents, and provide them with moral support by displaying their drawings in the form of congratulatory cards, calendars or promotional gifts. The association also sells these drawings to the private sector so that the proceeds go to the medical, educational and social care dedicated to making these children’s lives better.

It is worth noting that this program is one of the bank’s annual social responsibility programs to serve a cause that is dear to our hearts, with an aim to integrate this segment of society into the community and contribute to these children’s health, psychological and social upbringing.
