Tahweel Al Rajhi at Al Rajhi Bank was awarded ISO certification in applying quality standards

Tahweel Al Rajhi management at Al Rajhi Bank was awarded the ( ISO 9001:2015 ) certification for meeting the requirements in quality management system standards issued by Linear Management Solutions (LMS) in the United Kingdom, the most common standards in the world that help businesses improve their efficiency at work using powerful and effective business management tools to promote long-term operational flexibility.

This certification proves that the bank continues to achieve customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal lies in a quality management system. As such, the standards of this certificate help Tahweel Al Rajhi not only automate operation procedures but improve the speed of the process and quality of the products and services provided, resulting in an improved quality and prompt delivery.

Gaining international quality recognition is a global standard administered by the International Organization for Standardization based in Switzerland. ISO 9001 is currently used by more than one million organizations worldwide and is the global standard for quality.

Al Rajhi Bank is keen to build a culture of continuous development among its employees, and these standards will clearly describe expectations, procedures and business instructions while applying the principle of effective feedback from executives/ supervisors in an effort to improve them.
