Ramadan Competitions 2026

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Participation is limited to alrajhi bank customers only.
  • The account to which the prize will be transferred must be an alrajhi bank account and must hold a credit card or a prepaid card to complete the deposit process.  

2. Competition Platforms

  • All Ramadan Competitions 2026 will be conducted exclusively through alrajhi bank’s official social media platforms.

3. Competition Period & Prizes

  • Ramadan Competitions 2026 will run for a period of 20 days, from the 1st of Ramadan until the 20th of Ramadan, 18 February through 9 March.
  • A total cash prize pool of SAR 200,000 will be distributed during the competition period.
  • In addition, a total of 15,000,000 Mokafaa points will be distributed throughout the competition period.
  • Prize values and distribution mechanisms may vary per day or per competition round, as announced in the relevant posts.

4. Round-Specific Conditions

  • Each competition round is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated in the competition post.
  • Participants must comply with all announced conditions to be eligible for the draw.

5. Account Follow Requirement

  • Participants must follow the official alrajhi bank account on the competition platform at the time of participation and until winners are announced.

6. Winner Selection Mechanism

  • Random Draw Competitions:
    Winners will be selected through a random draw using an internal alrajhi bank system, subject to supervision.
  • Competitions Requiring Correct Answers:
    Winners will be selected only from participants who submitted correct answers, in accordance with approved internal rules.

7. Winner Notification & Prize Claim

  • Winners must respond to the alrajhi bank team within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of contact.
  • Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.

8. Required Information from Winners

  • Winners must provide the following information:
    -Full name
    -Mobile number
    -Account number
    -IBAN
    -Customer Identification Code (CIC)

9. Product- or Card-Specific Conditions

  • Certain competitions may include additional conditions related to a specific product or card, which will be clearly stated in the competition announcement.

10. General Provisions

  • alrajhi bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition or modify any terms and conditions at any time.
  • Participation in Ramadan Competitions 2026 constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
