Terms and Conditions

• This offer is valid for a selected category of Alrajhi Bank Business Prepaid and Credit cardholders who have been contacted through SMS, E – Business App, Notification or email only.
• Only POS and E-Commerce transactions at eligible advertising merchants will be considered as qualifying spend, as identified by the applicable Visa Merchant Category Code (MCC-7311).
• Minimum eligible spend at advertising merchants to qualify for the offer is SAR 1,000
• The offer is valid from 1st Nov 2026 – 14th Dec 2026.
• The offer is applicable to only those customers who have been targeted for the campaign and have received communication from bank’s official communication channel
• Business Credit Card customers earn up to 10% cashback on eligible advertising spend, inclusive of the standard 3% cashback under the card's existing value proposition (i.e. an incremental campaign cashback of up to 7%).
• Business Prepaid Card customers earn up to 5% cashback on eligible advertising spend, inclusive of the standard 1% cashback under the card's existing value proposition (i.e. an incremental campaign cashback of up to 4%).
• Cashback is earned only on eligible spend at advertising merchants, as identified by the applicable Visa Merchant Category Code (MCC-7311).
• Total incremental cashback per customer is capped at SAR 200 for the campaign period, across all eligible advertising transactions.
• The offer does not include Cash withdrawals, Government Bill Payment, SADAD payments, funds transfer to current account or electronic wallets, reversals of POS/e-commerce or transactions that have been refunded or canceled.
• Purchase transactions in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases will be deducted from the qualifying spends.
• Customers need to achieve eligible spends or more communicated by bank to qualify for the cashback.
• Customers will earn specific cashback based on the received communication from bank’s official communication channel (regarding target and cashback)
• Cashback will be credited to the card account for eligible customers within 60 working days from the campaign end date.
• Clients must be 18 years old or older.
• Alrajhi Bank holds the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of the offer including the promotion duration and discretionary right on selection criteria of customers for cashback.
