Terms and Conditions

  • Offer starts from May 20th, until August 20th 2026.
  • The offer is limited to new-to-product with one card per customer only.
  • Offer applicable on alrajhi business app and all channels.
  • Bundle customers are excluded
  • Existing prepaid cardholder who closed their active card during the campaign period will not be eligible to avail this offer
  • Customers are eligible for up to 5 free cash withdrawal transactions from alrajhi bank ATM’s per month. Standard fees will apply on any additional withdrawal transactions thereafter.
  • Free cash withdrawal transactions are applicable for local withdrawals within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including all alrajhi bank ATMs only
  • The card must be issued during the campaign period in order to qualify for the offer
  • The card must be activated and used within 30 days of card issuance date in order to qualify for the FFL offer. Otherwise, annual fee and cash withdrawal fee will be charged.
  • If the fees are deducted from eligible cardholder account, they will be refunded at the end of each month.
  • alrajhi bank has the right to close cards that are not activated 30 days after the issuance date.
