• This offer is valid for Alrajhi Bank Business Debit cardholders who have been contacted through SMS, Portal, Notification or email only.
• Only POS and E-Commerce international transactions will be considered as eligible spend to qualify for the cashback.
• Only international/cross border spends will be considered for this campaign.
• Minimum eligible to qualify for the offer is SAR 1,000
• The offer is valid from 1st August,2026 to 14th September, 2026.
• The offer is applicable to only those customers who have been targeted for the campaign and have received communication from bank’s official communication channel
• The cashback payout will be made to the top 3,000 customers by spend who also satisfy the Cross-Border Spend Campaign eligibility criteria communicated by the Bank through its official channels.
• The offer does not include Cash withdrawals, funds transfer to current account or electronic wallets, reversals of POS/e-commerce or transactions that have been refunded or canceled.
• Purchase transactions in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases will be deducted from the qualifying spends.
• Customers need to achieve eligible spends or more communicated by bank to qualify for the cashback.
• Customers will earn specific cashback based on the received communication from bank’s official communication channel about target and cashback
• Cashback will be credited to the card account for eligible customers within 60 working days from the campaign end date.
• Clients must be 18 years old or older.
• Alrajhi Bank holds the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of the offer including the promotion duration and discretionary right on selection criteria of customers for cashback.
