Terms and Conditions

• This offer is valid for a selected category of Alrajhi Bank Business Prepaid and Credit cardholders who have been contacted through the bank’s official communication channels, like and not limited to: SMS, Portal, Business Mobile app Notification or email only.
• Offer is valid on purchase transactions only, either in store POS or E-Commerce transactions
• Minimum eligible spend is SAR 1,000 to be qualified for the promotion
• The offer is valid from 1st November 2026 till 15th December 2026.
• The cashback payout will be made to the top 1,000 spenders with the condition of meeting the promotion eligibility spend criteria communicated by the Bank through its official channels.
• The offer does not include Cash withdrawals, Government, Bill payment, SADAD payment, funds transfer to current account or electronic wallets, reversals of POS/e-commerce or transactions that have been refunded or canceled will not be included
• Purchase transactions in the form of reversals, refunds or disputed purchases will be deducted from the qualifying spends.
• Customers need to achieve the promotion minimum eligible spend or more as per what was communicated by bank to be qualified
• Cashback will be credited to the card account for eligible customers within 60 working days from the campaign end date.
• Customers must be 18 years old or older.
• Alrajhi Bank holds the right to amend or change the terms and conditions of the offer including the promotion duration and discretionary right on selection criteria of customers for cashback.
