  A: The xperience with the ENTERTAINER app will be decommissioned by the end of 2025. Please download Visa Airport Companion to continue accessing exciting Visa ENTERTAINER BOGO offers in your city & across the GCC. For a limited period of time, all used offers will be refreshed on the Visa Airport Companion app, ready to be used again.

 

• Q: When do I have to download the Visa Airport Companion app by?
  A: To continue enjoying the offers, download the Visa Airport Companion app before the end of the year.
  For a limited time only, cardholders who download the app will get refreshed offers. Your previous redemptions will be refreshed and available for you to use again.

 

• Q: Do I need to do anything to transition my account or information?
  A: You will need to download the Visa Airport Companion app and register with your valid Visa card. If you already have the Visa Airport Companion app, you can log-in to see Entertainer Offers based on your card eligibility.

 

• Q: What will happen to all my offers on the xperience with the ENTERTAINER app?
  A: You can continue to use them until the app is decommissioned.

 

• Q: Will there be any new offers or features in the Visa Airport Companion app?
  A: There will be additional features and offers based on your card type.

 

• Q: Will I use the same login credentials?
  A: You can access the ENTERTAINER offers using your Visa Airport Companion account. If you have an existing account with the Visa Airport Companion app, you can find the ENTERTAINER offers based on your card eligibility post login. If you do not have a Visa Airport Companion app account, you will need to sign up the first time you access the app.

 

• Q: Do I need to create a new account on Visa Airport Companion?
  A: If you are new to the Visa Airport Companion app, please create an account by registering via the App.
  If you have an existing account on the Visa Airport Companion app you do not need to create a new account to see ENTERTAINER offers.

  A: Yes, you can download it from the [Apple App Store] and [Google Play Store]. Alternatively, search for “Visa Airport Companion” on your app store.

 

• Q: Will my profile information from xperience with the ENTERTAINER be transferred to the Visa Airport Companion app?
  A: No, any prior profile information found in the xperience with the ENTERTAINER will not be transferred to the Visa Airport Companion app. As the xperience with the ENTERTAINER app will be decommissioned, all of your ENTERTAINER offers can be redeemed on the Visa Airport Companion app.

 

• Q: Do I still need a Visa card to access the Visa Airport Companion app offers?
  A: Yes, you must register with a valid and eligible Visa card.

 

• Q: Are all Visa cards eligible for the Visa ENTERTAINER offers?
  A: Infinite Charge Credit, Infinite Revolve Credit Cards (Al Fursan, Mokafaa, Marriot), Signature Revolve Credit Cards (Flynas, Mokafaa, Cashback), Platinum Revolve Credit Cards (Al Fursan, Mokafaa, Cashback) are eligible.

 

• Q: How do I link my card to the Visa Airport Companion app?
  A: Follow the prompts in the Visa Airport Companion app to add your Visa card details.

 

• Q: Can I register multiple Visa cards on the Visa Airport Companion app?
  A: Yes, you can add multiple eligible Visa cards.

 

• Q: What happens if my card is replaced or expired?
  A: Update your card details in the app to continue accessing offers.

 

• Q: Can supplementary/secondary cardholders use the app?
  A: Yes, as long as they register with their own eligible card.

 

• Q: What is the ENTERTAINER Buy-One-Get-One offers?
  A: The ENTERTAINER is a lifestyle and savings app that offers Buy-One-Get-One Free offers across dining, attractions, leisure activities and hotel stay across the GCC.

 

• Q: How do I redeem an offer in the Visa Airport Companion app?
  A: Click on Visa ENTERTAINER banner under Visa Offers & Perks Section.
  -Select your location and start browsing offers and merchants.
  -Select your preferred offer. If you are in a restaurant or bar, inform your waiter that you want to use the app before you ask for the bill.
  -Present your mobile device with the chosen offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
  -The merchant is prompted to enter their PIN. (Please note, for a select number of merchants in UAE, the merchant will also be prompted to fill in the total amount saved and final bill due after discount before being prompted to enter their PIN.).
  -Once the merchant has entered their PIN, the offer will be redeemed, and the lower priced item or service will be removed from your bill.

 

• Q: What should I do if I can’t redeem an offer at a merchant?
  A: If it’s a technical issue, try refreshing the app and signing in again. Then, show the offer to the merchant so they can enter the PIN code.

  -Date of visit
  -Number of people with you
  -A short description of what happened

 

• Q: Are there any limits to how many offers I can redeem?
  A: You may redeem up to 3 offers per merchant.

 

• Q: Can I still use the Visa ENTERTAINER offers across the GCC?
  A: Yes, you can use the offers available in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

 

• Q: How can I contact customer service for help with Visa Airport Companion?
  A:You can raise a ticket from the “Contact-Us” section under Profile on the Visa Airport Companion app.

 

• Q: What happens if I don’t update to the Visa Airport Companion app?
  A: As the app will not be available by the end of 2025, you will no longer have access to Visa ENTERTAINER Buy-One-Get-One offers or other features on the xperience with the ENTERTAINER app.
