  • For offline bookings: You can share your mokafaa-registered mobile number with almosafer travel advisor before the booking is confirmed.
  • To avail this offer, sign in to the Almosafer app or website before you make the booking.
  • You cannot earn mokafaa points when you use a voucher code or earn/redeem other loyalty program or Wallet points.
  • You must be enrolled in the alrajhi mokafaa loyalty program to be able to earn mokafaa points.
  • You can earn points across all Almosafer KSA omni-channel touchpoints, including web, app, WhatsApp, call center and retail branches.
  • The validity of the earned points is as per standard mokafaa terms and conditions.
  • You will receive your mokafaa points within 14 days from the date of the ticket booked date.
  • You will not be able to earn points if you cancel the booking.
  • VAT is excluded from earning mokafaa points
