Terms and Conditions

• Transfer mokafaa points to Etihad Guest Miles and you'll receive up to 40% bonus Miles based on the number of Miles converted in a single transaction during the campaign period.
• Etihad Guest members who transfer 0 to 9,999 miles, will receive 10% Bonus miles on each transaction.
• Etihad Guest members who transfer above 10,000 to 49,999 miles, will receive 20% Bonus miles on each transaction.
• Etihad Guest members who transfer from 50,000 and above miles, will receive 40% Bonus miles on each transaction.
• Minimum transfer from mokafaa points to Etihad Guest Miles is 10,000 mokafaa points per transaction
• Customers must correctly enter their Etihad Guest membership number via Al Rajhi bank main application’s mokafaa section where transfer to airlines feature can be used.
• The bonus Etihad Guest Miles will be calculated per transaction and not on the cumulative sum of Etihad Guest Miles converted from mokafaa points during the campaign period.
• The conversion of mokafaa points to Etihad Guest Miles is subject to the conversion ratio (20 mokafaa:1 Etihad Guest Miles) and program terms and conditions set by mokafaa and Etihad Airways.
• Bonus Etihad Guest Miles earned during this promotion will reflect in the member’s Etihad Guest membership account within 15 business days by the end of the campaign period.
• Once Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your Etihad Guest account after converting your mokafaa points into Etihad Guest Miles, the transaction cannot be reversed.
• All mokafaa and Etihad Airways terms and conditions apply.
