Terms and Conditions

  • Convert mokafaa points to IHG One Rewards and you will get 1 IHG One Rewards for every 12 mokafaa points.
  • Every 12 mokafaa points gives you 1 IHG One Rewards.
  • Minimum transfer from mokafaa points to IHG One Rewards is 10,000 mokafaa points per transaction.
  • Customers must correctly enter their IHG One Rewards ID via Al Rajhi bank main application’s - mokafaa section - Transfer - Travel.
  • The conversion of mokafaa Points to IHG One Rewards, is subject to the conversion ratio (12 mokafaa :1 IHG One Rewards) and terms and conditions set by mokafaa and IHG One Rewards.
  • All conversion of mokafaa Points to IHG One Rewards will reflect in your IHG One Rewards account within 24 hours.
  • Once IHG One Rewards are credited to your IHG One Rewards account after converting your mokafaa Points, the transaction cannot be reversed.
