• The customer must be registered in the mokafaa program.
• Visit the Jahez App.
• Open your Jahez Wallet and top it up using mokafaa points.
• The customer will receive 40% points back from the total redeemed points on the Jahez App.
• Each customer is eligible for the points-back offer only once during the campaign period.
• The maximum points that can be refunded are 50,000 points.
• The offer is valid until June 25, 2026.
• Redeemed mokafaa points are non-refundable.
