Terms and Conditions

  • Visit Jahez App and Choose mokafaa loyalty program to earn points on your orders.
  • Earn up to 6 mokafaa points for each 1 SAR Spent at Jahez App: (For a minimum order of 35 till 99 , the customer earns 2 point per 1 SAR) , (For orders of 100 till 149, the customer earns 4 points per 1 SAR) , (For orders of 150 or more, the customer earns 6 points per 1 SAR).
  • The mobile number registered on the Jahez app must match the one registered in mokafaa in order to earn mokafaa points.
  • mokafaa points cannot be earned for; delivery charges, Prime membership subscriptions and for Charities.
  • mokafaa points are earned after the delivery is completed and payments are made.
  • All Payments methods are included for earning mokafaa points (All Cards/Top-up wallets/Apple Pay/Cash).
  • Earning mokafaa points on fraction amounts are not applicable & fractional points will not be rewarded.
  • Offer valid from 1st till 3rd Febuary , 2026.
