• The customer must be registered in the mokafaa program.
• Visit the Jahez App then open your Jahez Wallet and top it up using mokafaa points.
• The customer will receive 50% points back from the total redeemed points on the Jahez App.
• Redeemed mokafaa points are non-refundable.
• The maximum points that can be refunded are 25,000 points.
• Examples:(Redeemed points 10,000 the customer will receive 5000 points back),(Redeemed points 15,000 the customer will receive 7,500 points back),(Redeemed points 50,000 the customer will receive 25,000 points back),(Redeemed points 100,000 the customer will receive 25,000 points back)
• Each customer is eligible for the points-back offer ONLY ONCE during the campaign period regardless of the value redeemed.
• The offer is valid until November 25, 2025.
