• You will Earn 10 points for every 1 Riyal spent on the KnowRoaming app.
• Earning mokafaa points includes all payment methods (cards, Apple Pay).
• Customer must be enrolled in the mokafaa program and link he is mobile number with mokafaa via the link your account function in the partner app.
• The validity of the earned points is as per standard mokafaa terms and conditions.
• Earning mokafaa points does not apply to fractional amounts, and points will not be added to fractional amounts.
• You will not be able to earn points if you cancel the data plan and / or received refund.
• mokafaa points will be added within 14 days of activating the data plan.
