Terms and Conditions

• Transfer mokafaa points to Miles&Smiles and you'll receive 50% bonus Miles&Smiles based on the number of Miles&Smiles converted in a single transaction during the campaign period. (for example, instead of earning 500 Miles&Smiles against 10,000 mokafaa points, customers will earn 750 Miles&Smiles.
• All bonus Miles&Smiles Miles will reflect in your Miles&Smiles account after the campaign has ended.
• Minimum transfer from mokafaa points to Miles&Smiles Miles is 10,000 mokafaa points per transaction
• Customers must correctly enter their Miles&Smiles membership number via alrajhi bank application’s mokafaa section where transfer to airlines feature can be used.
• The bonus Miles&Smiles Miles will be calculated per transaction and not on the cumulative sum of Miles&Smiles Miles converted from mokafaa points during the campaign period.
• The conversion of mokafaa points to Miles&Smiles Miles is subject to the conversion ratio and program terms and conditions set by mokafaa and Miles&Smiles.
• Once Miles&Smiles Miles are credited to your Miles&Smiles account after converting your mokafaa points into Miles&Smiles Miles, the transaction cannot be reversed.
