Terms and Conditions

• Transfer mokafaa points to nasmiles and you'll receive a 100% bonus Miles based on the number of Miles converted in a single transaction during the campaign period. (For example, instead of earning 476 nasmiles against 10,000 mokafaa points, customers will earn 952 nasmiles), the bonus miles will be reflected on nasmiles account.
• All bonus nasmiles will reflect in your nasmiles account instantly after the transfer.
• Minimum transfer from mokafaa points to nasmiles is 10,000 mokafaa points per transaction (Exp: customer cannot convert 9,999 mokafaa points to nasmiles, must be 10,000 mokafaa points or more)
• Customers must correctly enter their nasmiles membership number via alrajhi bank main application’s mokafaa section where transfer to airlines feature can be used.
• The bonus nasmiles will be calculated per transaction and not on the cumulative sum of nasmiles
• converted from mokafaa points during the campaign period.
• The conversion of mokafaa points to nasmiles is subject to the conversion ratio and program terms and conditions set by mokafaa and flynas.
• Once nasmiles are credited to your nasmiles account after converting your mokafaa points into nasmiles, the transaction cannot be reversed.
• All mokafaa and flynas terms and conditions apply.
