Terms and Conditions

• Transfer mokafaa points to Qatar Airways “Avios” and you'll receive up to 35% bonus Avios based on the number of Avios converted in a single transaction during the campaign period.
• Qatar Airways “Avios” members who transfer 0 to 49,999 Avios, will receive 15% Bonus Avios on each transaction.
• Qatar Airways “Avios” members who transfer 50,000 to 99,999 Avios, will receive 25% Bonus Avios on each transaction.
• Qatar Airways “Avios” members who transfer 100,000 and Above Avios, will receive 35% Bonus Avios on each transaction.
• Minimum transfer from mokafaa points to Qatar Airways Avios is 10,000 mokafaa points per transaction
• Customers must correctly enter their Qatar Airways Avios membership number via Al Rajhi bank main application’s mokafaa section where transfer to airlines feature can be used.
• The bonus Qatar Airways Avios will be calculated per transaction and not on the cumulative sum of Qatar Airways Avios converted from mokafaa points during the campaign period.
• The conversion of mokafaa points to Qatar Airways Avios is subject to the conversion ratio (20 mokafaa:1 Qatar Airways Avios) and program terms and conditions set by mokafaa and Qatar Airways.
• Bonus Qatar Airways Avios earned during this promotion will reflect in the member’s Qatar Airways Avios membership account within 15 business days by the end of the campaign period.
• Once Qatar Airways Avios are credited to your Qatar Airways Avios account after converting your mokafaa points into Qatar Airways Avios, the transaction cannot be reversed.
• All mokafaa and Qatar Airways terms and conditions apply.
