Terms and Conditions

• Points earning is available only to customers who already have an active mokafaa account.
• The mobile number linked to your Rize account must be registered with mokafaa.
• The validity of earned points is subject to mokafaa’s terms and conditions.
• If the monthly payment is made five (5) days or more before the due date, you will earn 3 points for every SAR 1 of the paid amount.
• If the payment is made four (4) days before the due date and up to the due date, you will earn 2 points for every SAR 1.
• Please ensure that mokafaa is selected as the partner before paying the monthly installment to receive the eligible points.
• The full monthly payment must be paid to earn points (partial payments are not eligible).
• The number of mokafaa Points earned may vary based on the payment amount and payment date on the Ejar platform.
• After the payment is confirmed on the Ejar platform, mokafaa Points will be credited to your mokafaa account within 7 days from the payment date.
• mokafaa Points will not be awarded for late payments made after the due date.
• mokafaa Points will be calculated up to a maximum eligible amount of SAR 25,000 per monthly payment.
• All mokafaa and Rize terms and conditions apply.
