• Your International Transfers Gives You mokafaa Loyalty Points!
• You can now earn even more mokafaa points, and redeem them at 50 plus in-store partners across the Kingdom, convert to Alfursan Miles, or simply transfer to your loved ones. mokafaa loyalty points will be earned as per the below Conditions.
• Customer will get mokafaa points when they preform international transfer through alrajhi bank app.
• Points will be added within 10 working days.
• Customer can enjoy redeeming the points through mokafaa program.
• Customer will be eligible for maximum 10 credits of Mokafaa points monthly.
• Transfer amount should be equal or above 100 SAR to be eligible for Mokafaa points.
• Daily transaction to the same beneficiary/account will not be counted.
• Refunded and Canceled Transactions will not be counted and Bank have the right to debit the credited mokafaa points.
• Customer will be eligible for international transfers only, which is the transfer final destination is outside of KSA.
• Customer will be eligible to receive mokafaa points for international transfers types mentioned in the table below.
• International Transfer through the app for each Transfer
• International Transfer (Bank Transfer) / 250 Points per transfer
• International Transfer (Cash Transfer) / 125 Points per transfer
