Terms and Conditions

  • Earn process:
  • Visit the ShopCash App.
  • Customers are required to link their mobile number to their mokafaa wallet within the ShopCash app to start earning points.
  • You will earn mokafaa points using your mobile number in the ShopCash app.
  • The mobile number must be registered with the mokafaa Program.
  • You must be a mokafaa member to earn points.
  • Earning mokafaa points applies only to the total order value on the ShopCash app, as per the following tiers:
  • Orders valued between SAR 300 – 500: Earn 300 mokafaa points.
  • Orders valued between SAR 501 – 800: Earn 400 mokafaa points.
  • Orders valued between SAR 801 – 1000: Earn 600 mokafaa points.
  • Orders valued at SAR 1001 and above: Earn 800 mokafaa points.
  • mokafaa points will be added to the customer’s account after the transaction is successfully completed and confirmed through the ShopCash application.
  • (Transaction Completion Example):
  • Points for purchases made for products from Amazon in the ShopCash app will be credited after the refund period (of 30 days) from the purchase date has passed without a return, considering the transaction as confirmed.
  • The refund period may vary for products from other operators within ShopCash.
