- Customers will earn 15 mokafaa points for every SAR 1 spent at Theeb Rent a Car branches.
- The mobile number registered with the mokafaa program must be used to earn points.
- Points will not be credited if the registered mobile number is not provided or if an unregistered number is used.
- Points will be earned within 48 hours after sharing the mobile number registered with mokafaa with the branch employee upon closing the rental contract.
- For online bookings (website and mobile application), points will be earned after entering the mobile number registered with mokafaa during the booking process.
- Points will be added within 48 hours after the car contract is closed.
