Terms and Conditions

• Transfer mokafaa points to Miles&Smiles and you'll receive 50% bonus Miles&Smiles based on the number of Miles&Smiles converted in a single transaction during the campaign period. (for example, instead of earning 500 Miles&Smiles against 10,000 mokafaa points, customers will earn 750 Miles&Smiles.
• All bonus Miles&Smiles Miles will reflect in your Miles&Smiles account after the campaign has ended.
• Minimum transfer from mokafaa points to Miles&Smiles Miles is 10,000 mokafaa points per transaction
• Customers must correctly enter their Miles&Smiles membership number via Al Rajhi bank main application’s mokafaa section where transfer to airlines feature can be used.
• The bonus Miles&Smiles Miles will be calculated per transaction and not on the cumulative sum of Miles&Smiles Miles converted from mokafaa points during the campaign period.
• The conversion of mokafaa points to Miles&Smiles Miles is subject to the conversion ratio and program terms and conditions set by mokafaa and Miles&Smiles.
• Once Miles&Smiles Miles are credited to your Miles&Smiles account after converting your mokafaa points into Miles&Smiles Miles, the transaction cannot be reversed.
• During the campaign period, the top 5 Miles&Smiles members with the highest total Mile conversions will be awarded an economy class, round trip ticket, from Saudi Arabia to Türkiye. The award tickets are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be used in accordance with the flight dates and availability determined by Turkish Airlines.
• Miles&Smiles (Turkish Airlines) is fully responsible for determining the customers who win free tickets, eligibility mechanism, and ticket delivery for the top 5 customers who have converted mokafaa points into Miles&Smiles miles.
• This campaign cannot be combined with any other Turkish Airlines campaign.
• When determining the 5 members who will win free tickets, if there are members who have converted the same amount of points among those who have converted the most points, the member who reached the total converted points amount first will be considered.
• The 5 winning members will be determined and contacted within one month of the campaign's end.
• Ticketing will take place between March 1st and April 30th, 2026. Travel dates will be subject to flight availability between March 1st and December 31st, 2026.
• All mokafaa and Miles&Smiles terms and conditions apply.
• Offer from 1st January 2026 to 31st January 2026
